Yoga

I try to design my classes for every body, embracing body positivity and diversity. No matter your shape, size, or fitness level, you are celebrated for being exactly who you are. I am committed to creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and supported on their yoga journey.

My goal is to help you discover the transformative benefits that extend beyond the mat. Yoga is not just about physical postures; it's a holistic practice that incorporates breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. As you flow through the poses, you'll develop strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating a deep sense of inner peace and self-awareness. Expect improved mental clarity, reduced stress, and increased overall well-being. I focus on the mind-body connection, empowering you to find balance, release tension, and foster a positive mindset.

Come join me on the mat, where body positivity, inclusivity, and the transformative power of yoga converge to create a space where you can truly thrive – physically, mentally, and spiritually. Embrace the journey within and leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and connected.

What to Expect:

Come to class with an open mind and an open heart. This is your time and you deserve to show your body the love and gratitude it deserves.

I encourage you to leave judgment at the door and embrace the uniqueness of your own body, fostering a positive relationship between mind and physique.

Expect to move your body, you may sweat, you may feel sore, you may curse the heavens during some of the poses, this is totally natural and all part of growing and getting stronger.

We may not use all of this equipment each class but its good to have it readily available when we do. The yoga bolster and blanket will primarily be used for restorative poses.
